- Previous experience in property leasing or real estate sales is preferred
- Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi rental market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Professional attitude and appearance
- UAE real estate experience is an advantage
