Listing Agent – Abu Dhabi
We’re looking for an experienced Listing Agent to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in listing acquisition, landlord relations, and the Abu Dhabi property market, with a proven ability to build a quality portfolio of listings.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new residential and commercial property listings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property owners.
Source properties and secure quality/exclusive listings.
Conduct property assessments and ensure accurate listing information.
Manage and update property listings across major portals.
Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to maximize listing opportunities.
Stay updated on Abu Dhabi market trends, pricing, and new projects.
Meet monthly listing and performance targets.
Requirements
2+ years of UAE real estate experience.
Abu Dhabi real estate experience is mandatory.
Proven experience dealing with landlords and acquiring listings.
Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market.
Existing landlord/property owner network is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Good English communication skills.
