Job Description:
· We are looking for a qualified and experienced HVAC Project Engineer to join our team in Umm Al Quwain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC construction projects, with proven experience managing multiple project sites and coordinating activities from planning through to completion.
The candidate should be organized, and capable of supervising HVAC works while coordinating effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Basic design knowledge is also required, including the ability to prepare, review, draft, and modify HVAC drawings when necessary. Previous experience in the construction industry will be an advantage to you.
Responsibilities:
· Manage, supervise, and coordinate HVAC project activities across multiple construction sites.
· Plan and oversee HVAC works from project initiation and design coordination through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
· Review HVAC designs, mechanical drawings, specifications, material submittals, and equipment schedules. And if necessary revise HVAC layouts, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD or relevant software
· Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
· Monitor project progress, site activities, manpower, materials, equipment, and work schedules.
· Ensure HVAC installations are completed according to approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, safety requirements, and quality standards.
· Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues, design discrepancies, and coordination matters.
· Coordinate HVAC works with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and other MEP services to avoid site clashes and delays.
· Assist with HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, quantity take-offs, and technical evaluations when required.
· Follow up on testing, commissioning, snagging, rectification, and project handover activities.
· Prepare progress reports, inspection requests, technical documents, site updates, and other project-related reports for management.
· Ensure proper project documentation, records, and reporting are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HVAC project experience in the UAE, preferably within the construction and contracting industry. UAE construction experience is mandatory.
· Knowledge of HVAC design, load calculations, system coordination, and technical drawings.
· Good understanding of mechanical and electrical coordination, construction procedures, project specifications, and applicable UAE standards.
· Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet project deadlines.
· Willingness to work at project sites in Umm Al Quwain and other locations as required.
Pay: AED1.00 - AED10.00 per month

- Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
