Job Overview:
We are seeking professional, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Valet Drivers to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and courteous valet parking services while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a valid UAE driving license who are looking to build a long-term career in the hospitality, parking, and customer service industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Safely drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles while ensuring zero damage.
- Handle luxury, premium, manual, and automatic vehicles with the highest level of care.
- Inspect vehicles before parking and report any existing damage.
- Issue valet tickets and maintain accurate vehicle records.
- Follow company policies, parking procedures, UAE traffic laws, and safety regulations.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and respond professionally to customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company positively.
- Report accidents, incidents, or customer complaints immediately to the supervisor.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Valet Driver, Driver, Hotel Driver, Chauffeur, or Customer Service Representative role is an advantage.
- Excellent driving skills with the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
- Well-groomed, punctual, reliable, and responsible.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 (all inclusive) per month (depending on experience, qualifications, and skills).
