We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cluster Manager to oversee multiple hospitality and valet service locations, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional customer service, and efficient transportation management. The ideal candidate will lead teams across sites, drive operational excellence, and cultivate a customer-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities
- - Proven experience in multi-site management within the Facilities Management, Security Services Industry, Valet, or transport OR Hospitality industry.
- - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- - Excellent organizational and operational management capabilities.
- - Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- - Proficient in budget planning, financial analysis, and performance monitoring.
- - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and solve problems effectively.
- - Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- - Willingness to travel frequently between cluster locations as required.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
