Low Voltage Technician - Commercial Security | Procom Enterprises | Kenosha, Milwaukee WI
Procom Enterprises has been installing commercial security systems since 1993 and is a Motorola Solutions Elite+ partner. We install and service camera systems, door access control, and structured cabling for schools, municipalities, logistics companies, and industrial clients across southeastern Wisconsin and Chicagoland. We hold multiple long-term installation contracts, so the work here is steady rather than job-to-job.
We are hiring experienced low voltage technicians out of our Kenosha office, working Kenosha, Racine, and the Milwaukee area.
What you will be working on
- Install, terminate, and test IP camera and CCTV systems
- Install and commission door access control - readers, controllers, maglocks, strikes, and door hardware
- Pull, dress, and test structured cabling; terminate copper and fiber
- Mount and configure network gear, NVRs, and head-end equipment
- Troubleshoot existing systems and complete service calls
- Read prints and as-builts and document your work cleanly
What we are looking for
- Hands-on commercial low voltage experience with cameras, access control, or structured cabling
- Comfortable on ladders and lifts and able to handle the physical side of install work
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record - you will have a company vehicle
- Able to run a site independently and communicate well with customers and general contractors
- Veterans and transitioning service members are encouraged to apply, though military experience is not required
