Operations Analyst (AI & Process Development Focus)
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our security operations company. This role plays a key part in supporting the efficiency and growth of our operations by combining strong analytical skills with hands-on process improvement and modern AI-driven tools. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, documenting processes, and helping the operations team run more efficiently day to day. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and leadership team to support process improvements, recruitment coordination, and business development activities.
Operational Support
- Support day-to-day operations, with a focus on security operations functions
- Help develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process improvements across operational functions
- Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose scalable solutions to improve team performance and service delivery
- Track and report on key business KPIs, helping ensure teams stay aligned with company goals and performance benchmarks
AI & Technology Application
- Use AI tools and platforms to improve operational workflows, reporting, and decision-making
- Research and flag opportunities to integrate AI solutions into existing processes
- Stay current on emerging AI applications relevant to operations and the security industry
Recruitment & Team Support
- Support recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and onboarding coordination
- Assist department heads in identifying staffing needs
- Help support a strong organizational culture and clear reporting structure
Business Development Support
- Assist in preparing business proposals and materials for prospective clients
- Support senior leadership with research and data for strategic initiatives and client retention efforts
- Compile operational data and insights to inform business decisions
Communication & Stakeholder Support
- Communicate clearly and professionally across all levels, from frontline staff to leadership and clients
- Help prepare operational reports, proposals, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Support coordination across departments to help ensure cohesive execution of company objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in an operations analyst or similar operational support role
- Experience with or exposure to security operations is a plus
- Ability to help create process documentation and support operational frameworks
- Working knowledge of AI tools and their practical business applications
- Basic understanding of business KPIs and performance tracking
- Exposure to recruitment support processes is a plus
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the clarity needed for client-facing calls and meetings
Job Details
Work Hours: 40–50 hours per week
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bonifacio Global City (BGC)
Pay: PHP 45,000.00 – 60,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Operations Analyst: 1 year (Required)
- Security Operations: 1 year (Preferred)
