Responsibilities: Develop sensor and actuator plant models for vehicle virtual engineering and co-simulation. Build and modify models using Simulink, Simscape, GMSIM, dSPACE, AEMSIM, GT-Power, or SABER. Read electrical schematics and understand sensor/actuator wiring and controller interfaces. Support SiL, HiL, ViL, and CoSim environments. Perform data acquisition, model characterization, testing, and validation. Work with controls, calibration, hardware, suppliers, and vehicle engineering teams. Required Skills: BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Software, CS, or Aerospace Engineering. 2+ years of relevant experience. Simulink/Simscape experience. Understanding of CAN, LIN, SPI, and Ethernet. Experience with GMSIM/dSPACE or similar virtualization environments. Ability to read electrical drawings and understand HWIO/interfaces. Desired Skills: Vehicle propulsion knowledge. Git/SVN/TFS. INCA. Teamcenter/RTC. MS degree.
