Hiring: Senior Business Intelligence Engineer Location: Austin, TX — Hybrid, 3 days onsite/week Job Type: Full-Time Direct Hire Visa: USC / GC / GC EAD only Interview Process: 2 Virtual Rounds + Final Onsite Interview About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join a fast-paced, industry-leading digital supply chain organization. This role combines data engineering, advanced analytics, and modern BI technologies to deliver impactful insights and drive data-driven business decisions. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable BI solutions, dashboards, and data models Develop solutions using Looker (LookML), Power BI, Tableau, and Cognos Build and optimize data pipelines using Alteryx and Microsoft Fabric Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for data architecture and performance Partner with business and technical teams to define KPIs and reporting strategies Ensure data quality, accuracy, and governance Drive automation, BI optimization, and enhanced user experience Deliver production-grade solutions in a highly hands-on technical environment Required Skills 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Analytics Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred Strong expertise in Looker/LookML, Power BI, Tableau, and/or Cognos Hands-on experience with Alteryx, Microsoft Fabric, and GCP Advanced SQL skills, including data modeling and optimization Python experience preferred Strong understanding of modern BI and data stacks Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in enterprise-scale or supply chain environments Strong dashboard development and data visualization experience Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions Exposure to AI-driven BI or advanced analytics
