Responsibilities: Design manufacturing automation, assembly equipment, tooling, fixtures, conveyors, and material handling systems. Design pick-and-place, robotic, pneumatic, and servo-driven systems. Create detailed drawings and BOMs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Select sensors, bowl feeders, servo motors, LM guides, and other mechanical components. Support machine build, debug, integration, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with customers, vendors, programmers, electricians, and offshore teams. Lead/coordinate mechanical design teams of approximately 10–12 people. Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Strong AutoCAD and SolidWorks skills. Experience in manufacturing automation and tooling design. Experience with bowl feeders, high-speed automation, SPM, and material handling. Experience with robotics, sensors, pneumatic/servo systems. Knowledge of machine design calculations and GD&T/drawing interpretation. Ability to coordinate onsite/offshore teams. Desired Skills: Experience working with Industrial Automation / Manufacturing Automation companies.
