About the Role:
Description:
This short-term (approximately 4-month with potential for longer term depending on needs of the project) contract role is responsible for maintaining and analyzing the foundational dataset required to support the external workforce program. The analyst will serve as the day-to-day associate of data collection, validation, reconciliation, and communication across multiple enterprise systems and teams. The role is critical to ensuring a complete, accurate, and auditable worker-level dataset.
Key Responsibilities
Data Build and Maintenance of the master external workforce dataset using security/badging, VMS, Contracts, and ERP/AP systems. Perform detailed worker-level data reconciliation across multiple systems. Validate required data fields per worker. Normalize and standardize supplier names, worker identities, and contract references. Analysis. Review and interpret contract documents (PDFs) to extract key commercial and workforce data fields. Support spends analysis by aligning POs and invoices to individual workers where feasible. Data Governance. Identify and flag data gaps, inconsistencies, and anomalies for escalation. Partner with Procurement, AP, IT, and business stakeholders to validate data accuracy. Communication. Present weekly progress, risks, and findings clearly to program lead. Support project coordination of the contractor compliance program through Smartsheet trackers as instructed by the Project owner and PM.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills across multiple systems. Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred), VMS platforms, and procurement data. Advanced Excel skills (data cleansing, matching, lookups, pivot tables). Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets with high accuracy. Experience working in procurement, finance, or P2P environments preferred. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with prior project coordination.
Bachelor//'s Degree preferred
