Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with 8–15 years of overall experience and at least 5 years of experience in Insurance, Membership, and Payment domains.
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in Python, enterprise application architecture, Microservices, REST APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, Cloud platforms, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps.
Must Have: Candidates should have proven experience working as an Architect/Solution Architect, not purely as a Senior Developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Define application, integration, data, security, and infrastructure architecture.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions.
- Lead architecture discussions and provide technical direction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define API strategies, integration patterns, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Review and approve solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation approaches.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Drive performance, scalability, availability, and disaster recovery planning.
- Support DevOps, CI/CD, Cloud Migration, and automation initiatives.
- Participate in architecture governance, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and cross-functional teams.
Primary Technical Skills Python & Enterprise Architecture
- 8+ years of strong hands-on Python development.
- Strong experience designing and developing enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong understanding of modern architectural principles and design patterns.
APIs & Distributed Systems
- Microservices Architecture

Cloud & Infrastructure
- 3+ years of experience with Cloud Platforms.
- Minimum 1+ year hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
DevOps & CI/CD
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- DevOps practices and automation.
- Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Databases & Messaging
- Strong knowledge of Relational and NoSQL Databases.
- Experience with messaging technologies such as:
- Apache Kafka
- RabbitMQ
- Azure Service Bus
Security
Strong understanding of application and enterprise security, including:
- OAuth 2.0
- JWT
- SAML
- API Security
- Enterprise Integration Patterns
Domain Experience – Mandatory
Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Solution Architect / Architect who combines strong Python development expertise with enterprise architecture experience.
The candidate should be comfortable working across Microservices, APIs, GCP, Kubernetes, Event-Driven Architecture, DevOps, Security, and enterprise integrations, with strong domain exposure to Insurance, Membership, and Payments.
