Job Title: Senior Specialist - System Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist in System Management to join our team in Hyderabad.
This role requires a strong background in Java development, microservices architecture, and robust system management practices to ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of our critical systems.
Job Description:
1. Design, develop, and implement robust system management solutions using Java, Java Microservices, and SpringBoot.
2. Lead the integration and management of event streaming platforms, specifically Confluent Kafka.
3. Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of data storage solutions utilizing PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
4. Ensure high system observability and performance through the effective use of APM tools and distributed tracing.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and technical specifications.
6. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and reliability.
7. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for system performance, scalability, and security.
9. Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
10. Manage deployment and operational aspects of applications within cloud environments, including Azure.
Skills and Qualifications:
Mandatory Skills:
Strong proficiency in Java, Java Microservices, and SpringBoot development. Extensive experience with Kafka for event streaming. Proven expertise in PostgreSQL database management and optimization. Proficiency in APM tools and distributed tracing for system observability. Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
