Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Lead to lead and drive the TAP (Portfolio & Position Management) stream within a large-scale Core Banking Transformation programme. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex banking transformation initiatives, migration programmes, and cross-functional delivery teams within wealth management or core banking environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the TAP (Portfolio & Position Management) workstream and ensure successful end-to-end programme delivery.
- Own project planning, execution, governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and reporting.
- Coordinate across business, technology, architecture, testing, UAT, operations, and go-live readiness teams.
- Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to align strategic objectives with delivery milestones and execution plans.
- Drive migration-related activities, including business change management, user readiness, testing coordination, and adoption planning.
- Ensure timely resolution of programme risks, dependencies, and issues across multiple workstreams.
- Support programme governance activities and provide regular updates to leadership teams.
- Facilitate collaboration between global teams and ensure successful programme outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale banking transformation programmes or complex technology project deliveries.
- Proven experience managing migration programmes, including testing, data migration, business change management, and user adoption.
- Strong understanding of Core Banking Transaction Processing, including:
- Order Management
- Corporate Actions
- Securities Settlement
- Loans Processing
- OTC Products
- Strong knowledge of Portfolio Management & Analysis, including:
- Portfolio Rebalancing
- Asset Allocation
- Performance Calculation & Reporting
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across business, technology, architecture, testing, and operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to drive programme governance and manage senior executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking transformation programmes.
- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or Agile/Product Management certification (Scrum, SAFe, Agile PM).
- Experience working in global delivery environments and multi-location teams.
