Document Processing / Data Entry Specialist

💰 $18-18.50/hour
📅 Full-Time | 3-Month Contract
🕐 Monday-Friday | 8-hour shifts between 6:00 AM-6:00 PM
This role is focused on data entry, document processing, and routing medical documents to the correct teams and providers. You’ll work with documents such as lab results, prescriptions, referrals, imaging reports, and other medical records, making sure information is accurately processed and reaches the right place.
What you’ll do:
- Process and classify incoming documents
- Enter and verify information accurately
- Route documents to the correct provider or team
- Review documents and patient information to ensure accuracy
- Follow procedures for sensitive and confidential information
- Contact healthcare facilities when information needs to be clarified
- Work in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy
What we’re looking for:
- 6+ months of data entry, document processing, or administrative experience OR 1+ year of healthcare office/patient-facing experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable working with confidential information
- Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Google Suite experience is a plus
Training: 1 week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
