Data Entry Associate

📅 3-6 Month Contract
🕐 Monday-Friday | 8-hour shift between 6:00 AM-6:00 PM
This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with data entry and administrative tasks. You’ll help process and route documents to the appropriate medical files, clinics, and other locations while helping the team work through a significant backlog.
What you’ll do:
- Enter and update information accurately
- Route and organize documents
- Work with medical files and documentation
- Complete basic administrative tasks
- Follow processes and maintain accuracy
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
What we’re looking for:
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Reliable and organized
- Comfortable with repetitive administrative tasks
- Able to work fully onsite in Tempe
- No specific experience required — entry-level candidates are welcome!
Schedule: You can choose an 8-hour start time between 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM, Monday-Friday, based on business needs and availability.
Training: 1 week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Target start: Late September / early October
