This opportunity is ideal for a Commercial Lines Account Manager who enjoys managing client relationships, coordinating policy servicing, and supporting a generalist book of business. Based onsite in Red Bank, New Jersey, you will play an essential role in delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality service to commercial policyholders.
Responsibilities:
- Service a small to midsized commercial lines book of business.
- Manage a generalist portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
- Process policy endorsements and policy changes accurately and efficiently.
- Issue certificates of insurance in accordance with client and policy requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal partners.
- Respond promptly to account inquiries and provide clear, professional communication.
- Maintain accurate account documentation and ensure timely follow-up on servicing activities.
Must-Have Skills:
- Commercial lines insurance account management experience.
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license.
- Experience servicing a generalist commercial book of business.
- Hands-on proficiency with Applied Epic or a similar agency management system.
- Strong relationship management and client service skills.
- Knowledge of endorsements, certificates, and commercial policy changes.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience supporting small to midsized commercial accounts.
- Familiarity with multiple commercial coverage lines and policy forms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience working with insurance carriers and processing service requests independently.
