About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in operations, logistics, or transportation management.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with transportation management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of local transportation regulations and safety standards is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transportation schedules, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs for clients.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams to resolve any operational issues.
- Monitor and track vehicle statuses, ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new drivers and staff members.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, driver logs, and client interactions.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing client inquiries and providing timely solutions.
