Endpoint Engineer
Remote | Client Travel | Up to $145K + Bonus
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Endpoint Engineer to join a growing technology team supporting a range of established organisations across the US. This is a hands on role with plenty of variety, giving you the chance to work across different environments, take ownership of endpoint projects and build your experience across the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
What you'll do
• Manage and improve Windows endpoint environments across multiple client environments
• Design and deploy Intune and Autopilot solutions
• Support migrations from SCCM and Group Policy into modern endpoint management
• Build compliance policies, configuration profiles, security baselines and application deployments
• Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and application issues
• Manage devices across Windows, iOS and Android
• Work with Entra ID, Active Directory and Group Policy
• Support AVD, Windows 365 and FSLogix environments
• Get involved in endpoint security, optimisation and automation projects
• Work directly with client IT teams to troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements
• Help explain technical issues and solutions clearly to both technical and non technical audiences
What you'll bring
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Endpoint Engineering, Desktop Engineering, EUC or similar
• Strong hands on experience with Intune and Autopilot
• Experience with SCCM and modern management migrations
• Strong Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and application troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Entra ID, Active Directory and Group Policy
• Understanding of endpoint security and device compliance
• Exposure to PowerShell, WMI or Microsoft Graph
• Strong communication and client facing skills
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable managing changing priorities and working across different environments
