Project Manager – Construction & Industrial Development

About the Opportunity:
We are recruiting a Project Manager on behalf of our client, an industrial property and industrial park developer in Indonesia. This role will oversee construction projects from planning through handover, ensuring delivery against schedule, budget, quality, and safety targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and handover.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant government authorities.
• Manage construction quality, site safety, project risks, and compliance with Indonesian regulations.
• Lead project teams, chair coordination meetings, and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Support procurement, supplier evaluation, contract negotiations, and project permitting.
• Report project progress, costs, and risks to management.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in an equivalent management role.
• Proven experience managing construction projects in Indonesia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related discipline. Exceptional candidates with alternative qualifications may be considered.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations, technical standards, approval procedures, and site management practices.
• Strong capabilities in cost control, scheduling, risk management, and interpreting construction drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and contracts.
• Proficiency in relevant software, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with industrial parks, factories, high-rise buildings, infrastructure, data centres, or other large-scale construction projects.
• PMP, IPMA, SKK Konstruksi, or an equivalent recognised certification.
• Mandarin communication skills and proficiency in English for workplace communication.

• Negotiable monthly salary of approximately IDR 32–40 million.
