Contract Duration:1 year
Working Location: Jakarta MCC
Working Hour: 10am-7pm
Purpose of Role:
The Campaign Operation TPA is mainly responsible for campaign execution. Currently, Campaign contributes to over 50% of the GMV in the creator LIVE market. However, our FTEs are currently overloaded with campaign task configuration, voucher setting, and other execution work.
Purpose: By bringing in a TPA to take over repetitive, operational execution tasks, we aim to free up FTEs from tedious configuration work so they can focus on higher-value areas such as campaign strategy, creator relationships, and growth — ultimately improving overall team efficiency and the quality of campaign output.
We therefore need a TPA to support campaign execution, ranking competitions, and day-to-day activities. This is an execution-focused, detail-driven role that requires handling a wide range of coordination and operational tasks across the full campaign lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Key TPA Responsibilities
- Voucher & Campaign Configuration
- End-to-end backend setup for platform creator campaigns — including voucher creation and configuration of campaigns / ranking competitions — ensures rules, timelines, thresholds and other details are accurate and error-free.
- Campaign Coordination
- Assist in communicating campaign submissions with relevant stakeholders, and follow up on submission progress and feedback.
- Basic Material Design
- Produce simple promotional materials for creator campaigns, such as posters or H5, web banners, and sign-up visuals, delivering outputs that align with the platform style.
- Resource Booking & Go-Live
- Book and coordinate the online resource slots required for campaigns, and track go-live nodes closely to ensure all resources are in place and live as scheduled.
- Data Tracking & Breakdown
- Perform basic breakdown of the campaign funnel, track key-node data, and support the team in evaluating execution performance.
Minimum requirements:
Language:
- Indonesian: Native / proficient — able to create Indonesian-language content (e.g., poster copy, video subtitles) and communicate with local creators, ensuring outputs match local language habits.
- English: Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing — able to communicate smoothly with the team and understand English business documents (e.g., campaign briefs, tool operation guides).
Data & Excel
- Proficient in Excel for data organization and analysis — common functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF), pivot tables, and charts, to produce clear tracking sheets.
Design Tools
- Skilled in basic design tools such as Canva / Figma / Photoshop (PS), capable of independently delivering brand aligned outputs.
Quick Learning & Adaptability
- Strong quick-learning ability to rapidly grasp e-commerce business logic (e.g., operation tool workflows); flexible to adapt to multi-scenario needs and pick up simple auxiliary tasks beyond design work.
Preferred skills/qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- English: Able to understand English business documents (e.g., campaign briefs, tool guides) and communicate basic work needs in English.
- Experience: Prior experience in e-commerce or TikTok.
- Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous and responsible, ensuring zero errors across configuration and execution.
- Data Thinking: Basic data analysis ability, able to break down the campaign funnel and understand key metrics.
- Execution & Adaptability: Strong at multitasking, able to drive tasks efficiently and proactively under fast campaign timelines.
