About The Role
Credes is seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, paid opportunity where you'll work on meaningful client and in-house projects that directly impact user experience and product success. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in UI/UX design, with a solid understanding of user-centered design principles. Advanced proficiency in Figma for designing, prototyping, and managing design systems is essential. A background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication, or a related field, combined with hands-on experience, is preferred. Candidates should have at least 1+ years of experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, demonstrating a strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. The ability to think through complete user journeys and solve complex UX challenges is critical. Excellent communication skills, openness to feedback, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup are vital. Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or basic front-end development is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating clean, intuitive user interfaces for both web and mobile applications. This includes designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma. Building interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and facilitate usability testing is a key part of the role. The designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure designs align with project goals. Conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions is essential to create engaging and user-friendly products. Contributing to and maintaining our design system and component libraries will be part of the ongoing efforts to ensure consistency across platforms. The role also involves iterating on designs based on user feedback and testing results, staying updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance the quality of work.
