SENIOR D365 F&O FINANCE CONSULTANT
CONTRACT INFORMATION

- Duration: Freelance (renewable) or permanent contract

- Location: Switzerland (German-speaking region)
- Travel Requirements: Hybrid — travel to various locations as required by projects
- Company Type: Up-and-coming Microsoft Partner — collaborative, rapidly growing, specialist F&O practice
- Language: German (Swiss German acceptable); English and other European languages are a bonus
- Project Info: Exclusively long-term migration and implementation projects
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead functional delivery across the complete Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O finance ecosystem on large-scale, long-term implementation and migration projects.
- Consult with high-level client stakeholders to analyze complex financial processes, drive best practices, and define strategic solutions.
- Execute end-to-end configuration of core D365 F&O financial modules, workflows, and system integrations.
- Participate in pre-sales engagements, delivering technical demonstrations and strategic solution design.
- Establish and maintain implementation methodologies, quality standards, and integration frameworks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Experience: 5+ years of confirmed experience as a D365 F&O Finance Consultant.
- Technical Requirements: Full deep-dive understanding of the D365 F&O finance ecosystem, proven experience in migration/implementation lifecycle, presales support, system configuration, best practices, integrations, and workflow design. Proven track record of consulting at a senior stakeholder level.
- Nice to Have: Experience in project management or team leadership, immediate availability, willingness to travel frequently, and a strong drive to add value to clients.
