About the Role
As a Customer Engagement & Promotions Assistant, you’ll represent client campaigns at live promotional events and high-footfall locations, helping create engaging customer experiences while building brand awareness.
No two days are the same; one day you could be supporting a retail activation, the next you could be part of a large-scale live event campaign.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent promotional campaigns professionally and confidently
- Engage directly with customers in face-to-face environments
- Create positive and memorable customer experiences
- Answer questions and support campaign participation
- Work collaboratively with team leaders and colleagues
- Assist with daily campaign and customer engagement goals
- Build strong communication and interpersonal skills in a live environment
