About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you’ll work directly with customers at live campaign locations, retail environments, and promotional events. You’ll represent client brands, support customer decisions, and create positive, high-quality customer experiences.
This is a dynamic, people-focused role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Present products and services clearly and confidently
- Answer customer questions and provide tailored guidance
- Support customer registrations and account setup
- Engage with customers in retail and event-based environments
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
- Work collaboratively with team members and campaign leaders
- Contribute toward daily and weekly sales targets
- Share customer feedback to help improve campaign performance
