## About the Role

TRISTAR is seeking a **Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Senior HRBP)** to work closely with the Director of HR and provide strategic HR leadership aligned with long-term business objectives.

This role serves as a trusted advisor to executives, managers, and employees while providing subject-matter expertise across **workforce planning, organizational development, leadership development, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, organizational change, and employment practices**.

The position is full-time and remote, with primarily office-based computer and HRIS work. Travel to the corporate office is required once per month, along with occasional travel for industry events, client sites, and HR initiatives.

## Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals and long-term strategic plans

* Lead organizational change initiatives, restructures, and business transformation efforts

* Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning

* Analyze workforce metrics and recommend solutions to improve employee performance and engagement

* Support recruitment, onboarding, employee retention, and workforce planning initiatives

* Coach executives and people managers on leadership effectiveness and employee management

* Support conflict resolution and difficult employee conversations

* Manage complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations

* Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employment practices

* Ensure consistent application of HR policies and employment practices

* Develop management plans and employee communication strategies

* Partner with Compensation and Benefits teams on salary planning and market competitiveness

* Collaborate with Legal and HR Compliance on employment-related matters

* Advise managers on policy interpretation, performance management, corrective action, and compliance

* Partner with Learning and Development to identify leadership and employee development opportunities

* Monitor HR trends, best practices, regulatory updates, and employment law developments

* Lead or support HR projects, audits, compliance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

* Provide functional guidance, training, and mentorship to junior HR or administrative staff when assigned

* Perform additional duties as assigned

## Required Qualifications

* Master’s degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development**

* **10+ years of progressive HR experience**

* **4–6+ years of experience supporting senior leaders as an HR Business Partner**

* Professional HR certification such as **PHR, SHRM-CP, or higher**

* Must be a **U.S. Citizen**

* Must be able to obtain and maintain an active **Secret security clearance**

* Experience supporting senior leadership and multiple business units

* Experience working in a **multi-site government contracting environment**

* Experience leading HR initiatives or projects

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Advanced interpersonal, coaching, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

* Ability to maintain integrity, professionalism, and strict confidentiality

* In-depth knowledge of **federal and state employment laws and regulations**

* Proficiency with **Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems**

## Preferred Qualifications

* **SHRM-SCP or SPHR** certification

* **Prosci Change Management Certification**

* Proficiency with **Microsoft Power BI**

* Proficiency with **Microsoft Power Automate**

## Working Conditions

* Remote position with primarily office-based HR and HRIS work

* Travel to the corporate office **once per month**

* Occasional travel for industry events, client sites, and HR projects

* Frequent interaction with employees, managers, executives, and leadership both virtually and in person

* Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when supporting time-sensitive or confidential HR matters

## Compensation

* **EUR 140–190**
