At Propsoch, we're redefining how homebuyers in India make decisions — using design intelligence, market insights, and technology. As an Advisor (Home Buying), you will own the complete homebuying journey for your clients, acting as their single point of accountability from the first discovery call through to post-sales engagement.
You will be powered by a strong central Research & Intelligence team and work alongside a Market Expert team — your role is to translate that research into confident, trust-first decisions for the client.
Core Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact and accountability for homebuyers throughout their journey — from onboarding to post-sales
- Conduct structured advisory calls using Propsoch's research tools, reports, and databases to help clients evaluate and shortlist projects
- Present Peace of Mind reports — walking clients through key insights, floor plans, master plans, unit analysis, and project trade-offs
- Conduct deep-dive calls to help clients compare projects and select the best unit based on their requirements
- Host webinars on locations, projects, and market themes for clients
- Proactively map new supply to existing clients using internal tools (e.g. the Wingman tool)
- Coordinate with the Market Expert team to facilitate site visits; prepare clients before visits and provide structured post-visit follow-ups
- Handhold clients through each stage of the decision-making process — driving clarity and progress toward home closure
- Manage post-purchase interactions including client queries, loyalty rewards, and testimonials
Must-Have Requirements
- Strong verbal communication — ability to articulate and simplify complex financial or property information for a lay audience
- Consultative or advisory mindset — guides clients through decisions rather than pushing products
- Client-facing experience in a consultative role: insurance advisory (e.g. Ditto), banking relationship management, fintech advisory, or hospitality
- Comfort working with KPI targets and a commission/variable pay structure
- Aptitude to quickly grasp financial and property modelling concepts (training provided)
- Graduate degree from a recognised university — mandatory
- Willingness to be based in or relocate to Bangalore
Good to Have
- B.Arch degree — strong advantage for reading floor plans, master plans, and unit layouts
- MBA from a Tier II institution or above
- Prior experience at an insurance advisory firm (e.g. Ditto) or banking RM role
- Experience in a high-growth or early-stage startup environment
- Prior experience conducting client-facing webinars or group sessions
What We're Not Looking For
- Candidates from direct real estate competitors (Square Yards, Magicbricks, PropTiger, NoBroker, Housing.com, etc.)
- Pure sales or transaction-driven profiles with no advisory component
