Job Description
As an AI Search Strategist at XLR8 AI, Inc., you will own the end-to-end success of top-tier brands navigating the shift from SEO to AI-generated answers. You'll manage high-level client relationships with CMOs, reverse-engineer LLM retrieval patterns, and act as an internal product manager to automate and scale these cutting-edge optimization strategies.

What You Will Do
- Manage high-stakes client relationships with weekly strategic calls and rapid-response Slack support for founders and marketing executives at top-tier brands.
- Reverse-engineer how LLMs like ChatGPT and Gemini retrieve web content to develop and execute Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering as a primary user and PM, identifying product improvements that help the team scale from managing 3 to 20 clients.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses 0-4 years of professional experience with a strong blend of business intuition and technical curiosity to reason about data retrieval and LLM behavior.
- Demonstrates an exceptional ability to multitask and context-switch across diverse industries while maintaining a high bar for customer satisfaction and response times.
- Thrives in an in-person, high-velocity startup environment in San Francisco and is capable of forming and testing hypotheses about AI search ranking.
