What Awaits You.
- Ensure visibility of available data, reports, and tools while maintaining clean, credible data to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide subject matter expertise on data architecture, the impact of data decisions, and necessary audits in high-impact technology projects.
- Identify data integrity issues, foster business ownership for data quality, and develop processes or audits to resolve these issues.
- Collaborate closely with IT to address data environment problems through fixes and enhancements.
- Uphold data integrity and privacy by standardizing data definitions and monitoring overall data quality for assigned data entities. Implement data management methodologies to consistently achieve high-quality data, identifying and resolving issues such as uniqueness, accuracy, consistency, and completeness in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Gather and document business requirements for platform enhancements, new features, interfaces, and RFPs, working with internal and external teams to deliver scalable system designs that meet business needs. Lead testing, validation, and approval of new platform features and enhancements, while troubleshooting and resolving data inconsistencies within CRM and related systems.
- Design, develop, and distribute CRM and Experiential Marketing reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, write complex SQL queries for ad hoc analysis and reporting.
What You Should Bring.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; preference in Finance or Economics
- 7 years’ of experience with either Data Analysis, Data Stewardship, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling or Metadata
- 7 years’ of SQL experience with either SQL
- 7 years’ experience in Analysis and Reporting
- 7 years’ of technical Project Management experience
- 5 years’ of Database design and System Architecture
- 5 years’ of advanced MS Excel experience
- 5-7 years’ experience in Programming in a corporate setting (preferred)
- Demonstrated skills that reflect the ability to work with multiple business lines
- Strong Communication skills with excellent track of working in and with teams
- Self-starter and ability to deal with ambiguous situations

In support of BMW Group’s business objectives, this position requires regular onsite attendance at a BMW office/facility with remote work capability (hybrid).
The expected salary range for this position is $62,500.00 - $127,800.00.
The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
