Job Purpose
Drives clients to or picks them up from their requested destinations while service is being performed on their vehicles.
Oversees the center’s shuttle program.
Primary Responsibilities:
Drive customers to their requested destinations and pick them up after their vehicle is repaired.
Keep a timely shuttle route.
Assist passengers getting in and out of vehicles.
Operate radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report status or disruption of service.
Keep a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point.
Notify dispatcher or service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.
Use good judgment and safe driving skills.
