The Role
- Manage a portfolio of trusts, fiduciary structures and related corporate entities.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for high-net-worth clients, family offices and professional advisers.
- Oversee the administration of complex international trust and wealth structures.
- Prepare and review trustee resolutions, board papers, minutes and fiduciary documentation.
- Support trustee decision-making on distributions, investments and restructuring matters.
- Ensure compliance with AML/CFT, CRS, FATCA and regulatory requirements.
- Partner closely with accounting, tax, compliance and corporate services teams.
- Review financial statements, management accounts and client reporting.
- Identify and mitigate fiduciary, regulatory and operational risks.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Participate in client meetings, onboarding projects and business development initiatives.
- Work directly with senior stakeholders on sophisticated private client and family office matters.
