About The Role
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience within our stores. Your responsibilities will include:
- Championing Customer Service and Engagement: You will engage with customers in a friendly and personalized manner, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Driving Product Availability and Quality: You will focus on ensuring essential and fresh food products are consistently replenished, maintaining high standards for stock quality, rotation, and presentation.
- Supporting Smooth Operations and Standards: You will collaborate with your team to ensure the store is clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
- Prioritizing Safety and Compliance: You will uphold safety protocols, report any hazards, and ensure that all tasks comply with company policies and legal requirements.
