About The Role
We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our supportive team at Grace Joel Retirement Village in St Heliers, Auckland, as a Kitchen Assistant. This is a casual position without fixed hours, and you will be required on an ad-hoc basis. In this role, you will:
- Support our kitchen and café teams as needed.
- Assist with food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Help maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors.
- Collaborate closely with chefs, café staff, and the broader village team.
- Ensure the kitchen remains clean and tidy.
- Support your colleagues in their roles.
