About The Role
We are seeking a Unit Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team at Evelyn Page Retirement Village in Orewa, Auckland. In this full-time position, working Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing the serviced apartments and ensuring that all residents receive compassionate and excellent care.
- Coordinating and overseeing the performance of the serviced apartment team.
- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation is completed.
- Supporting the clinical manager in various capacities.
You will have the opportunity to utilize innovative technology, including our purpose-built care app, to enhance the care experience for our residents.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current Enrolled Nurse Practicing Certificate.
- The ability to lead, share knowledge, and motivate your team.
- A genuine drive and passion for delivering first-class care to our residents.
- Strong documentation skills to maintain accurate records.
