Controller – Chemical Manufacturing & Distribution
Location: WFH in Alaska, so you can be from Anchorage, Kenai, Fairbanks, etc. Open to occassional travel to Fairbanks.
Salary: $130,000 – $160,000/year, DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

FieldBridge Energy is partnering with a growing chemical manufacturing and distribution company serving the oil and gas, mining, and government contracting sectors. The ideal candidate is curious, open to learning, and comfortable engaging directly with customers when needed. Some travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Own P&L management and financial reporting
- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts
- Lead budgeting processes
- Oversee cash management
- Manage inventory tracking and controls
- Partner closely with the sales team to support business decisions
- Support financial aspects of government contracts
Qualifications
- 7–15 years of relevant finance/accounting experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP) strongly preferred
- Background in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial sectors preferred (chemicals, oil and gas, or mining a plus)
- Strong communication skills and willingness to interact directly with customers
- Comfortable in a growing, evolving company environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally
