Pay Rate / Schedule
$20.79/hr for day shift and $21.79/hr. for night. M-F, great opportunity for OT! At $21.79/hr. and 52 hrs for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,265 gross.
Position Overview
FieldBridge is hiring for multiple assembler openings in Minden, NV — Mechanical Assemblers and Electronic Assemblers. These roles build and test components and control panels according to engineering specifications in a manufacturing environment. Candidates with a strong mechanical or electrical assembly background are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components or electrical cabinets/panels per bill-of-material or engineering drawings
- Perform functional testing on mechanical assemblies, or install and wire electrical components (relays, breakers, terminal blocks)
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, or wiring diagrams
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain assembly and test equipment
- Prepare completed assemblies for shipment while maintaining a clean, organized work area
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of relevant mechanical or electrical assembly experience preferred but not required. Looking for candidates that are good with their hands and love to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
- Must wear required safety gear on site (safety boots/steel toe boots, safety glasses)
Pay: $1,265.00 per week
