IMRIVA is looking for an ambitious Junior Technical Project Manager who wants to build a career at the intersection of software engineering, project coordination and international communication.
You will support our project management activities in Hyderabad and work closely with software developers, technical leads, project managers and company leadership across international software and AI projects.
A technical background is highly valuable for this position. Ideally, you have studied computer science, software engineering or a related field and already have practical experience with software development.
Only basic German knowledge is required when you join. Advanced German is not expected.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a development role for someone who combines technical understanding with strong organization, communication and ownership.
You do not need to be an experienced Project Manager when you join.
Initially, you will support experienced project managers and technical team members with coordination, documentation, follow-ups and communication.
Over time, you will take increasing responsibility for project planning, meetings, requirements, timelines and stakeholder communication.
Because our projects are technically complex, we particularly value candidates who understand how software is developed and can communicate effectively with engineers.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
− Support the planning and coordination of software, cloud and AI projects
− Coordinate activities between developers, technical leads and project management
− Track tasks, deadlines, dependencies, blockers and open topics
− Follow up with team members and help ensure agreed actions are completed
− Prepare project documentation, meeting notes and status updates
− Support sprint planning, backlog management and project tracking
− Help structure business and technical requirements into clear development tasks
− Participate in technical discussions and understand project implications
− Support coordination between our Hyderabad engineering team and European stakeholders
− Identify project risks, delays and dependencies and escalate them appropriately
− Prepare professional written communication in English and, increasingly, German
− Use modern AI tools to support communication, documentation, meeting preparation and project work
− Gradually take responsibility for meetings and project coordination
− Continuously improve your project-management, technical and communication skills
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
− Strong interest in technical project management and software engineering
− Degree, education or practical background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related technical field
− Ideally previous experience as a developer, software engineering intern or technical team member
− Basic understanding of how modern software applications are developed
− Good understanding of software-development processes and technical dependencies
− Strong organizational and analytical skills
− Ability to manage several topics and follow up consistently
− Good problem-solving skills
− Strong sense of ownership, reliability and attention to detail
− Good English communication skills
− Basic German language knowledge
− Strong willingness to improve your German over time
− Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with technical and non-technical colleagues

Advanced German skills are not required.

GERMAN & AI-ASSISTED COMMUNICATION
German is relevant for the long-term development of this position because many of our projects involve German-speaking stakeholders.
However, we intentionally do not require advanced German when you join.
We are looking for candidates who:
− Already have basic German knowledge
− Are motivated to improve their German continuously
− Want to become increasingly confident in professional German communication
− Are comfortable using AI tools to support translation, drafting and language improvement
− Understand that AI supports communication but does not replace understanding and responsibility
Initially, AI tools and internal review can support you in preparing German written communication.
As your language skills develop, the goal is for you to become increasingly independent in German-language project communication.
