IMRIVA is looking for ambitious Software Engineering Interns who want to build strong engineering fundamentals and gain hands-on experience with modern enterprise software, cloud technologies and AI/ML.
You will work in a broad technology environment including .NET, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Azure, databases, APIs, AI/ML and modern LLM-based solutions.
We are not looking for candidates who already know every technology we use.
We are looking for people with strong potential, solid programming fundamentals, curiosity and the willingness to learn quickly.
This is a hands-on internship with real technical development — not a programme where you spend your time only watching tutorials.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This internship is designed for fresh graduates, final-year students and aspiring software engineers who want to accelerate their technical development.
Depending on your skills, interests and project assignment, you may work across backend development, frontend development, cloud platforms, APIs, databases, automation, AI or Machine Learning.
You will receive practical assignments, regular technical feedback and progressively more responsibility based on your performance.
Strong candidates may later contribute to controlled tasks within real internal and client projects.
The goal is to identify and develop talented engineers who can grow into long-term members of our Hyderabad engineering team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build backend, frontend and API components
- Work with databases and data-driven applications
- Develop practical software engineering assignments

- Participate in code reviews

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Basic programming knowledge in at least one programming language
- Basic understanding of software or web development

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with Git, or the willingness to learn it quickly

Previous personal projects, academic projects, hackathons, internships, GitHub contributions, AI/ML projects or portfolio applications are highly valued.

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
The internship can run for up to six months.
The initial phase focuses on structured learning, practical assignments and technical evaluation.
Progression is based on demonstrated performance and is not automatic.
Strong participants may progress into a paid internship phase and take on more responsibility within internal and client-related software projects.
Candidates who demonstrate consistently strong technical and professional performance may be considered for long-term full-time employment.
This structure reflects the current programme model in your existing posting, where the first phase is an evaluation/training period and progression into the later paid phase is performance-based.
