RESPONSIBILITIES
Functional Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide daily support for D365 Finance modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, Project Accounting
- Troubleshoot user-reported issues; collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to resolve
- Handle inventory-related finance questions (reconciliation, costing, posting)
- Support production cycle finance implications (production posting, inventory costing impacts)
- Report on technical issues and recommendations to Business Systems Supervisor
User Training & Documentation:
- Train Finance/Accounting teams on module updates and configuration changes
- Document process flows, configuration decisions, and system changes in structured format
- Create and maintain user guides for AP/AR/GL/Project Accounting workflows
