Senior Automation & Integration Engineer
Position Summary
The Enterprise AI & Automation Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise automation, integration, AI, and digital platform solutions that improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
This role combines software engineering, automation, API development, platform administration, and solution architecture to deliver scalable solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, ServiceNow, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and other enterprise platforms. The position serves as both a hands-on engineer and technical advisor, driving modernization through automation, integration, and AI-enabled workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development & Integration
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications, APIs, and integration services.
- Develop and consume REST APIs, web services, and event-driven integrations.
- Build secure solutions leveraging enterprise authentication and authorization standards.
- Design integration patterns connecting cloud, SaaS, and on-premises platforms.
Automation & Workflow Engineering
- Develop automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, APIs, and workflow technologies.
- Automate operational, administrative, and business processes across enterprise platforms.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and resiliency for automation solutions.
- Support deployment automation, CI/CD pipelines, and platform lifecycle management.
AI, Copilot & Platform Engineering
- Administer and engineer Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and supporting AI environments.
- Build AI-powered workflows, agents, integrations, and operational tooling.
- Develop governance, monitoring, reporting, security, and usage management capabilities.
- Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft Graph, Entra ID, ServiceNow, Azure, Fabric, and enterprise APIs.
ServiceNow & Enterprise Platforms
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations, Scripted REST APIs, and workflow automation.
- Implement provisioning, request fulfillment, orchestration, and approval workflows.
- Support enterprise platform modernization through automation and integration initiatives.
Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Define automation, integration, and development standards.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify business automation opportunities.
- Provide technical consultation, documentation, and architectural guidance.
- Mentor engineers and support cross-functional delivery teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, integration, or enterprise platform development.
- Strong experience with API development and enterprise integration architectures.
- Experience in both code-first and low-code development environments.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms, identity services, and enterprise SaaS technologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
