📢 Hiring: Child Welfare Trainer / Content Developer
📍 Location: Durham, NC
🏢 Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite per month
🚗 Travel: Statewide travel required (25–30%)
Looking for an experienced Trainer / Content Developer to develop and deliver classroom, virtual, and eLearning training for a Child Welfare Information System (CWIS).
Key Skills:
• Curriculum design & adult learning
• eLearning / computer-based training development
• LMS – Moodle, XML, HTML
• Adobe FrameMaker, Captivate, Camtasia, Photoshop or similar tools
• Classroom & virtual training facilitation
• MS Office Suite
• Social Services / Child Welfare program knowledge
• NC FAST/ Medicaid experience is highly preferred
Candidates must be comfortable with the hybrid schedule and statewide travel.
