📢 Hiring: Security & Compliance System Analyst
📍 Location: Lansing, MI
🏢 Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Onsite Tuesday & Wednesday
📅 Duration: 12 Months + Possible Extension

We are looking for an experienced Security & Compliance System Analyst with a strong background in cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, and disaster recovery.
Key Requirements:
• 7+ years of Security, Compliance, or Risk Management experience
• 5+ years with NIST CSF / NIST 800-53
• 5+ years with GRC platforms and/or Azure DevOps
• 5+ years with Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP)
• Strong experience with RTO & RPO
• Security controls, audits, risk assessments & vulnerability management
• Government/public-sector experience is preferred
⚠️ Candidates must be comfortable working onsite in Lansing 2 days per week.
