📍 Location: Lansing, MI – Hybrid (2 days onsite/week)

Key Requirements:
• 7+ years of IT QA / software testing experience
• 5+ years developing and executing test cases
• Strong defect identification, documentation & tracking experience
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools
• Functional, regression, integration, system & UAT testing
• Experience with SQL/database testing
• API and system integration testing
• Automated testing experience preferred
• Agile/Scrum and SDLC knowledge
