Position Summary
The Product Development Manager is responsible for the day-to-day development, coordination, and delivery of game show content and creative assets. This role manages projects from development through final delivery, secure required assets and materials, and coordinates across internal teams, licensees, contractors, and external partners to keep projects on schedule and moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Project manage game show content and creative assets from initial development through final delivery.
- Partner with production teams to identify, secure, and coordinate creative assets, content, reference materials, and other resources required for product development.
- Traffic product, creative, and marketing materials through internal approval processes.
- Create and maintain brand presentations, one-sheets, licensing materials, internal communications, and other portfolio materials.
- Maintain organized product and content archives.
- Manage invoices, payments, and related departmental records.
- Support the day-to-day management of the Game Show IP portfolio and related product development initiatives.
- Build strong working relationships across production, licensing, marketing, finance, and other internal teams, as well as with external partners.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with creative, production, business, and external partner teams.

- Experience managing budgets, invoices, staffing, schedules, and project management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet defined turnaround times and delivery commitments.
- 2-3 years of mobile industry experience is a plus
