(FH)/Bachelor) What awaits you: You will independently manage all surveying-related tasks in both office and field operations, including: Conducting complex engineering and cadastral surveys Maintaining and improving the horizontal and vertical control network Leading the training of surveying technicians Your profile: Completed university-level degree (Dipl.-Ing. (FH)/Bachelor) in Surveying, Geodesy, Geoinformatics, or Geomatics; ideally with eligibility for the higher surveying administrative service Field experience in cadastral surveying, as well as experience in IT and engineering surveying Solid and up-to-date knowledge of official cadastral procedures and a valid Class B driver’s license Strong organizational skills, confidence, negotiation ability, teamwork orientation, and citizen-focused service mindset We offer: Permanent full-time employment at pay grade 10 of the TVöD salary scale, or alternatively grade A 11 of the LBesO pay scale (subject to meeting civil service eligibility requirements) A challenging work environment enabling independent work with modern surveying equipment, complemented by attractive employer benefits such as: - Health programs (e.g., Hansefit) - High employer contribution toward the Jobticket (public transport pass) - Company pension scheme For further information, please contact Mr. Streicher at 0761/201-4250.
