Job Description:
- Provide production support leveraging AI/ML capabilities.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application, infrastructure, and data-related issues.
- Perform analysis and debugging across Java applications, Linux environments, and database systems.
- Support platform stability, performance, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve production incidents.
- Investigate recurring issues and contribute to long-term resolution initiatives.
- Support deployments, validation, and operational processes.
Assist in maintaining AI-driven solutions supporting document digitization, document extraction, and predictive analytics workloads.
