Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and innovative Generative AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, LLMs, SLMs, AI Agents, and modern GenAI frameworks, with the ability to work across structured and unstructured data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions for real-world business use cases.
- Build solutions using LLMs, SLMs, AI Agents, RAG, tool integration, and AI workflows.
- Develop advanced applications using LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith.
- Experiment with structured and unstructured datasets to improve model performance and solution quality.
- Develop effective prompts while also designing innovative algorithms, architectures, and AI workflows.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
- Integrate AI models with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and external tools.
- Evaluate, monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot AI applications for accuracy, scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Stay current with emerging developments in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and AI platforms.
Required Skills:
- 8–10 years of software development experience with significant experience in Generative AI/ML.
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, SLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and tool calling.
- Strong experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith.
- Experience working with both structured and unstructured data.
- Knowledge of AI platforms, model integration, and AI control/management planes.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI application architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to design production-ready, scalable, and user-centric GenAI solutions.
