Forward Deployed Engineer: Build & Deploy Enterprise Voice AI | $215K–$290K + Equity

They're looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers and take complex voice AI deployments from initial prototype all the way through to production.
What You'll Do:
🤖 Build Production AI Systems – Design and ship voice AI solutions using LLMs, prompting and agentic workflows to solve real enterprise problems.
💻 Engineer Full-Stack Integrations – Build production integrations across Python, JavaScript, APIs and enterprise systems including CRMs, ERPs and scheduling platforms.
🚀 Own Deployments End-to-End – Take projects from initial requirements and prototyping through system design, implementation and successful production rollout.
🤝 Work Directly with Customers – Partner with enterprise technical teams, understand their requirements, present solutions and solve blockers as they arise.
What They're Looking For:
✔ 5+ years of experience, ideally combining strong software engineering with customer-facing technical work across startups or leading technology companies.
✔ Strong engineering fundamentals with experience building production systems using Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js or similar technologies.
✔ Experience taking complex technical projects from initial requirements through to production.
✔ Excellent communication skills and comfortable working directly with both technical and non-technical customer stakeholders.
✔ High ownership, product intuition and excited by an intense environment where engineers move quickly and work directly with customers.
