Video already accounts for around 80% of internet traffic, and better video models have huge implications across robotics, gaming, AR/VR, creativity and communication.
Combining exabyte-scale video infrastructure with novel video understanding techniques, they're already trusted by frontier AI labs, Fortune 100 companies and fast-growing generative AI startups – while generating millions in annual recurring revenue.
They're looking for a Product & Operations Lead to become the primary partner to some of their most important AI lab customers.
What You'll Do:
🤖 Work with Frontier AI Labs – Partner directly with researchers and technical teams building cutting-edge models, understanding their training workflows and data requirements.
🚀 Own Customers End-to-End – Take responsibility for major accounts from onboarding and technical scoping through successful delivery, renewal and expansion.
🧠 Turn AI Problems into Products – Understand complex customer requirements and translate them into clear projects for engineering and data operations teams.
📈 Drive Growth – Identify new dataset needs, scope new projects, contribute to demos and proposals, and expand relationships with existing customers.
What They're Looking For:
✔ 1–3 years of experience in a demanding, high-ownership environment across AI, product, engineering, operations or consulting.
✔ Strong technical understanding of ML/AI workflows, data pipelines and how models are trained.
✔ Exceptional communication skills and comfortable becoming the technical point of contact for sophisticated AI customers.
✔ Scrappy, commercially sharp and able to take ambiguous problems from initial conversation through to execution.
✔ Particularly interested in candidates with hands-on experience working with data used to train AI/ML models.
