Systems Analyst & Project Manager – Digital Projects
About the role
We are looking for a Systems Analyst & Project Manager to lead digital projects and deliver technological solutions from initiation through implementation and go-live.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects end-to-end, from initiation and requirements analysis through implementation and go-live
- Analyze business processes and translate business needs into technological solutions
- Write business and functional specifications
- Design and implement solutions using Low-Code configurations in a cloud environment
- Manage integrations between systems and lead cross-functional interfaces
- Work closely with Development, Architecture, Infrastructure, Information Security and Privacy teams
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage multiple tasks and stakeholders while meeting project timelines
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Systems Analysis
- Experience writing business and functional specifications
- Proven experience leading end-to-end digital projects
- Experience working with development and technology teams
- Experience managing and/or implementing system integrations
- Strong business understanding and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Relevant Bachelor's degree / practical engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, or equivalent training
- Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
